Personal Service

I visited the Hinckley branch to open an ISA with funds to be transferred in. The member of staff was efficient, making sure I was filling out the necessary forms correctly. It is so pleasant to have that personal service, sitting either side of a table rather than conversing with someone behind a glass screen. The rate of interest on the ISA was good too.
