Simply outstanding: customer service at its best: I became a new customer of HRBS in December. How very rare to receive personalised customer service instead of feeling like you are talking to a stressed and depersonalised call centre operator. I also ran into a problem in setting up my online access due to forgetting log in details. The assistant could not have been more helpful. If only HRBS offered a current account, I’d be there like a shot! Long may this excellence continue. Reviewed on: 19th April 2026
