Would definitely recommend!!

Since joining 118 they’ve been absolutely phenomenal in terms of customer service and information altogether. Anytime I’ve needed to get hold of someone it’s been extremely easy as well as efficient to get through to a member of staff who are very pleasant and helpful overall. Direct debits are always taken out on the date shown within the app and I’ve never had to worry about a thing. Overall 10/10 since joining this company/family and have also recommended many friends and family who have been accepted too. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
