Fast and hassle free payout

Had to cancel cruise at the very last minute, my wife took ill the day we were due to travel down to Southampton to board vessel, cost of cruise £4k+. Worried about making claim on insurance, bad experience with another company on a car insurance claim. Contacted InsureandGo who delegated a personal adviser to handle the claim. This lady was both friendly and professional, she guided us thought the procedure and quickly sent us the forms (via email). These were completed by us and our doctor, returned via email. I could not believe how quickly they settle our claim and we received our agreed payout within a matter of days, stress free. Can highly recommend this company based on our experience.
