i would recommend the moneybox LISA to every ftb.

opened a LISA at 19 and have been contributing since. the bonus is so helpful for a first time buyer - i also have a private pension with them! i’ve worked in finance for 3 years and now work in wealth and financial planning for a different bank and would still choose moneybox.
