Happy overall & have had to claim so know the system does work !!

ive insured with Insureandgo for a number of years - on an annual family policy. the whole process of insuring is painful in itself as soon as there are medical issues to declare. lets face it = there aren't MANY people who can say they havent visited the drs or seen a consultant in the last three years especially when you are a family with kids. so whatever insurance company you use there are ALOT of questions. however I have always found them relatively easy to contact on the phone and the policy documents are sent out swiftly - as with all companies there is small print....!! read it all. I have in the passed had to make a claim and although it was an arduous process insureandgo did in the end meet the claim so I do know they also provide a service through if necessary. hopefully most of us don't need to use it but it is important to have cover and I would recommend insureandgo Reviewed on: 21st July 2019
