Review of the Triodos Bank, Online Saver:

Perfect for those who care about ethical banking

I first signed up for a Triodos savings account at the end of October. I came across that after some research because, since Israel’s attacks on Gaza, I’ve been become increasingly concerned with who I give my money to. For example, I refuse to bank with Barclays because of their investments into companies complicit with Israel’s genocide in Gaza. Triodos became the perfect bank for me because I can be certain that with them my money won’t cause any harm to the world, only good. Their intentional practice of only investing into ethical companies, products and services provides me this peace of mind. I can’t name a single other bank that does this. That’s why, despite other banks offering higher interest rates on savings than Triodos, I will look to them first for any saving products. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
