Quick and Convenient, but good Interest Costs

I had a generally positive experience with 118 118 Loan. The application process was straightforward and easy to follow, and I received a quick decision, which was helpful when I needed funds urgently. The website was clear, and everything was explained in a simple way. However, the interest rates are quite high compared to some other lenders, so it’s important to be sure you can manage the repayments before committing. Customer service was responsive when I had questions, which I appreciated.
