Simple, easy account to operate with mobile friendly app for on the go transactions.

I haven't been with the Halifax for long, but I find their ordinary everyday bank account simple to use and most importantly easy to use on the go with their mobile app. Reviewed on: 29th August 2015

I have been a customer of HSBC for over 20 years now and I have never had a problem with them, they are courteous and helpful and most importantly don't bombard me with offers I don't need.

HSBC have proved that they can have exceptional customer service. Some banks bombard you with offers and phonecalls, but with HSBC I only receive what I want to receive. I have been with them for over 20 years, and find their customer service second to none. I rarely have to ring them but when I do they are polite and helpful. I imagine being with them for another 20 years hopefully! Reviewed on: 29th August 2015
