My experience with 118 118 Money was great

My experience with 118 118 Money was okay overall. The application process was simple enough, but it took a bit longer than expected to get a response. While the terms were explained, I think more clarity on fees and repayment details would have helped. Customer service was polite, but response times could be faster. Not bad, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
