Excellent customer service

I have used Insure and go for the last 4 years now and keep going back because they are compatible if not better on price as most of the more well known insurance companies and having recently lost my mother and had to cancel my holiday they dealt with me with compasion and understanding explaining what I needed to do and what I needed to send in to them. They dealt with the claim very quickly and also advised me on a couple of other things I could claim from the airline which I would not have known. Would definitely recommend to friends and family in fact I have!! Reviewed on: 22nd July 2019
