Excellent customer service when you needed!

When Emirates Airlane let me down, Insureandgo was not only sympathetic towards my situation but dealt with my case without any unnecessary delays and properly. I have been insured with them for three running years and only once used their claim department, but they were there for me when I needed to make a claim. Fast and friendly response is a plus.
