Easy to deal with!

I found the process of obtaining a quote, including seeking telephone clarifications from their Help team very easy and straightforward. Prices for multi-trip cover were reasonable, and I've renewed for a second year. Fortunately I've not had to make any claim and so felt unable to award 5 stars with no experience of claims handling, but so far they seem straightforward and professional with none of the dubious upselling tactics I've experienced with other insurers.
