Review of the Purely Pets, Pet insurance:

No hassle whatsoever....

I’ve used Purely Pets insurance for years. Unfortunately my cat ended up having to have an operation to remove his colon. He was under the local vet for over a month and Calder Pet Hospital in Dewsbury. He was also seen by the emergency overnight vet to remain monitored on a drip. Purely Pets where there 100%. There was no hassle or debating whether the cost should be paid. (I had this in the past with Tesco pet insurance about my dog who has unfortunately passed. Constant phone calls asking me the same questions over and over. They did nothing but hound me at a distressing time in my life) All vets involved with my cats colon problem were paid direct with no problem encountered whatsoever. The bills in total amounted to around £6000. Shadrack is now back to normal. Has a lovely life. This could have been a different story. My mind is at complete ease in terms of his healthcare because of Purely Pets insurance. I have recommended them to everyone and I will never go anywhere else to insure my future pets.
