Claimed for dog and horse

I have claimed twice on my insurance, once for my horse and another time for one of my dogs. Both times it was very straight forward to submit a claim and although I didn’t receive any confirmation that they had received my claims, when I called to check they were quick to update me on the status of my claim. Both times they paid out. Very pleased. Reviewed on: 14th October 2023

Easy to claim

Easy to claim

I have made two claims within the last 3 years, one for my horse and another for one of my dogs. It was very straight forward to claim, I did have to chase them up a little for the claim on my horse as they were having an IT update, but they were easy to get hold off on the phone, would always call back and as soon as they were able to they processed my claim. The claim for my dog was processed and money in my account within 10 days. Reviewed on: 18th July 2023

Easy pet insurance

I haven’t had to make a claim yet, but our dog’s insurance was quick and easy to set up and pay for. It is also completely paperless which is an added bonus! Reviewed on: 24th July 2019
