Better Off With Policy in Practice

At Citizens Advice we rely a lot on Policy and Practice to give our clients advice about their benefits. We have found that we are better off using their 'better off calculator' rather than any of the others on the market. It is simple and intuitive to use for both the advisers and clients. It goes into sufficient detail to enable us to help clients with momentous decisions. The synopsis given following a 'better off calculation' is well laid out and useful for clients to take away with them to consider. Hats off to the Policy in Practice Better off Calculation!
