"Family" is the correct term

I like being with FBS, as they retain the feel of Building Societies of the past. A quick, personal but professional, helpful service when needed. That said, they are very much in touch with today's needs, the website is really easy to navigate and the Market Tracker Saver offers a more competitive return than most other providers.
