Ferratum Fantastic

All round simply brilliant. Exceptionally friendly and very helpful staff throughout. Ferratum excel over all other experiences with other Payday loan companies i have used in the past. Ferratum are polite, talk to you like your an adult, give great advice and helpful information to what is best for you at that given time in your circumstances. You always know where you stand and even when i missed a payment in full once by a whole week end (late being paid by employer) they were understanding, helpful never agressive or made you feel bad about it and offered options and help. Their website is easy to use, with great payment options and block your requested amount if think your overstretched and offer a alternate amount that is close to but also enough. Fantastic repayment rates with multiple options per day/month etc reflecting time amount borrowed. I had a loan once over 4 months and monthly rates were fair and managable. Website is simple and quick to use, easy to understand and once you have proven your repayments back you can even just text NEED and amount required to be payed in your bank ultra fast. Ferratum in my experience are simply the best out there, would definitely use again without question and certainly recommened to family, friends or anyone.
