Dissappointed

never had a problem until i bought tickets to the celion dion concert which got cancelled but then i never got my money back because the refund had gone to a closed card - when i contacted paypal they said it had gone to a card ending in 0011 however refused to tell me the bank so i am left without almost £500 refund as the money is sat in an account ending in 0011 but i dont have this account nor do i remember the bank account. Reliable and Convenient for Everyday Payment

I’ve been using PayPal for several years and overall it has been a reliable and convenient way to send and receive money. Transactions are usually quick, and the platform is easy to navigate. I particularly value the buyer protection feature, which provides added reassurance when making purchases online. However, customer service can sometimes be slow to respond, and resolving disputes may take longer than expected. Despite this, it remains one of the most widely accepted and trusted payment methods.
