Ailments included - Claim and cancellation made easy

Setting up the insurance was easy, taking into consideration all of our medical conditions and the cost was less than other companies. When colon cancer was diagnosed (which could not be covered). As the travel agents were wanting the balance of the cost of the holiday immediately we had to cancel the holiday. Cancellation and claiming were explained in detail and made easy to transact. All of the young men I spoke to on the telephone were polite, friendly and knowledgable. They acted swiftly and efficiently to comply with my wishes. I cannot praise the young men I spoke to enough - they were brilliant. Reviewed on: 30th July 2019
