I’ve been a PayPal customer for years and they have been very reliable when it comes to my purchases and the queries I may have. Customer service is very easy to contact and they are always very helpful to assist me. I find that if there are places that use PayPal I gravitate towards them because I know it’s a reliable way to spend money and be looked after incase things go wrong. The pay in 3 option is also a good option for those purchases you want to split but also the introduction of the debit card and earning points has really upped the game. I’ve used PayPal for years and I have never had any issues with them. Very reliable and the customer services are always very helpful in all enquiries. I have started using PayPal a lot more now since they have introduced the PayPal plus so hopefully I can get more points and rewards through that Reviewed on: 27th April 2026
