Never having claimed for pet insurance and paid for over 13 years I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised by the ease and speed of my 1st and recent claim. People say its how the claim process runs that sorts out the wheat from the chaff and this is when you actually realise how good a insurance company actually is. Thank you to Insurance Emporium for a quick smooth claim at a time that you need them. From the initial phone call to the closing claim has been as smooth as it possibly could have been. Thank you.
