Pleasantly surprised (twice).

The first pleasant surprise was when I learned just how valuable my old caravan (plus fixings and fittings etc) actually amounts to and the second was when I learnt how little the actual cost of such a comprehensive amount of cover could be obtained for. Pleasantly surprised (twice).

I only have an old 2 berth Elddis caravan which I did not think was worth very much BUT by the time all the extras were added in (full & porch awnings, motor mover, leisure battery, etc., etc.,) the value doubled. Surprise number one. Surprise number two came when I received my quote - much better (less) than I expected. And all of this was determined by the customer service agent. She was very thorough and ensured no piece of equipment was left off the list, no matter how small. All in all a VERY GOOD experience. Reviewed on: 31st July 2019
