First response finance, I rate 5*

I’ve been with first response finance for nearly 5 years now. Around 2 years ago I entered an IVA but beforehand I also had very poor credit history. First response finance understood my reasoning for needing a car, and accommodated for this. After I entered my IVA, nearing the end of my current car finance contract, first response then accommodated for my new circumstances and helped me gain a larger finance amount to upgrade my car for my new circumstances. Customer service was excellent, very informative with fast responses. Hope to stay with first response for any future car finance, as the process has been smooth and easy going. Thank you!
