Simple, Fair, Transparent

Knew that a triple by-pass would mean some sort of additional premium and approached with caution a couple of years ago. Apprehension not really required however as 'walk-through' process meant that I had a policy in place and in the 'Must Take With Me' folder on the phone within half an hour or so. Will continue to use because they make it possible for me to 'understand' as far as I am capable - and to be fair to them - the 'let's compare' tactic simply becomes a waste of time.
