Callous and scammers

Took car finance out years ago they ripped me off threw mis sold ppi. I explained to them about my disability and why I didn't claim soon enough. I had a strong case, they refused my circumstances and I had to go to financial ombudsman, the ombudsman asked them to consider but they refused. The staff are callous and nasty. J.g.
