The only Insurance Company recommended by Macmillan that would touch me with a barge pole

I have suffered lung cancer but as a result of surgery, was diagnosed with Aspergillosis, the fatal one! It is under control, but the number of insurance companies who will not cover me is astonishing. All those tv adverts that say they will cover for pre-existing medical conditions are disingenuous, I wanted to visit my family in the USA, and obviously needed to get sufficient health insurance to cover this, All Clear are the only company who would cover me, expensive, but then again, you get what you pay for.
