There when you need them.

We had booked a summer holiday to Spain. The day before we were due to leave our daughter lost her unborn baby. We obviously could not go on holiday and informed our holiday company who advised us we would not get any of our money back. We later contacted Travel Insurance 4 medical who sent us a claim form which we later received full refund. I believe a company proves how good it is when it deals with an without drama. Excellent company for Insurance.

We had to cancel a holiday due to a family bereavement and got a total refund minus our excess. It was all stress free dealing with the company. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2019
