Extremely unprofessional

Anytime I try to ring there are 50+ in the queue. They just started paying debtors without making any agreements with them (so I'm paying more interest than the payments that go in) . They did NOT pay the only priority debt - council tax arrears - so even though I paid stepchange, I still had a bayliff at the door wanting to seize my and my landlords goods. Not a single good word for stepchange. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026
