A genuinely understanding and kind organisation

My whole experience with Step Change has been extremely positive. The process is very straightforward to set up and is like a huge weight being lifted. Also, as someone who suffers from anxiety, especially around money, I could not rate Step Change highly enough for their kindness and understanding when I mentioned this - they offered to put a note on my file so other advisers knew to bear this in mind when I call, which I was really happy to accept. A lot of other companies could learn a lot from Step Change. They are a beacon of hope, they are genuinely understanding and provide such a fantastic service. Thank you! Reviewed on: 6th May 2026
