Was scammed and was spiralling out of control becaus...

Was scammed and was spiralling out of control because I trusted someone which left me with a huge debt. I was depressed and struggling with life because I was in my sixties .One of the companies that I owed the money too suggested stepchange so I got in touch , I spoke to a loverly woman who reassured me that things would get better and they would help set up a debt management plan.The pressure that I had put on myself lifted and ok im still paying the debt off but stepchange change a bad situation in to something livable Reviewed on: 6th May 2026
