Due to unforseen circumstances this is the 2nd time ive used stepchange I found the customer service team very helpful and knowledgeable and they explained every step I needed to take and everything went smoothly. They did all the leg work by contacting my creditors and explaining what I was going through and they have releived all the stress I was going through Reviewed on: 6th May 2026
