Excellent!

After being in debt for a number of years and not knowing where to turn i called Stepchange for advice. They were incredible, offering empathy and understanding into my situation. Offering me choices so i felt in control and set up a debt management plan that was sustainable and affordable. The pressure of being in debt for so many years was instantly reduced. I felt in control and happy i had made the right decision. I am so proud for getting in touch and havent used a credit card in over a year, this is a massive improvement and positive impact on my life, thankyou step change!! Reviewed on: 6th May 2026
