I trust StepChange totally.

I trust StepChange totally. I was in freefall with mounting debts and it was all I thought about, leaving me stressed, dizzy and not knowing what to do. I called StepChange and the advisor I spoke to made me feel comfortable enough to tell my story. Instead of being embarrassing the process was cathartic. After going through my household budget we were able to come up with a payment plan (a Debt Management Plan - DMP) so all my creditors would receive a monthly payment. I cried when the process was complete and had a full night's sleep for the first time in months. I receive a monthly statement and I'm able to review the budget and DMP periodically to ensure I'm managing. If you're struggling then StepChange will help you take control.
