Struggling with my debt

Approached Step Change as I was struggling with my bills etc. I initially approached my creditors asking for help. They all advised to approach Step Change and it's been the best but if advise I've followed in the last 5 years. Everyone I've spoken to within the company have been very polite, helpful and friendly. They listened and then offered advise regarding my debts. They explained the options I had and then answered all my questions. Once I decided how I wanted to approach my debt they again clarified my options and made sure I had an understanding of everything. Any issues I've had during my plan they've been on hand to answer any further questions I had. Can't thank them enough as I approach the end of my plan. If struggling to pay your bills for whatever reason give them a call and they advise your best options. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026
