I was in a desperate situation with debt which was causing anxiety and depression. I went on line and found lots of useful information about StepChange and then I took the big move to do something about my situation. It took me several weeks to get the courage to face my debts but it was easy to set up an account with StepChange and meant that I could return to my form over the week to add information. I was kept fully informed via email and StepChange contacted all my creditors for me and set up an affordable payment to each of them monthly. The relief has been enormous and I would encourage everyone in a similar situation to take those first steps to get help. I no longer feel frightened. Thank you so much StepChange.
