In my darkest moments help was available

After losing my job, I was finding it very difficult to cope financially and was recommended step change by a former colleague. I found the whole process very easy and completed everything online, once I'd done a budget, they were able to recommend the best solution for me. They were even able to sort out breathing space for me which was a great help as it keeps creditors off your back for a couple of months to get everything sorted out without constant phone calls if that's what you're getting. I've been on a debt management plan for nearly two years now and I'm finding everything far easy as a cope with, they are always available to help and are just a phone call away should you need them.
