Outstanding service

Having been covered by sure thing last year I recieved a quote for this years renewal. As i always would do i compared the renewal quote on line to find cheaper options. I did find a couple of quotes cheaper and rang sure thing customer services to see if they could lessen their quote to match, the person I spoke to was extremely helpful and did all he could to bring down the price. Although he could not quite match the prices quoted me it was as near as possible. Due to his professionalism and his friendly helpful manor I decided to stay with sure thing as customer service and prompt actions are the things I value most. Both of which i recieved.
