The Best Phone Call We Ever Made!

After a huge change in circumstances we found ourselves building up debt due to being unable to work. We were worried and didn’t know where to turn. A call to StepChange changed all that - they listened, offered good solid advice and then relived us of the stresses and strains of affording our debt. Probably the best phone call we have ever made - staff are always friendly and comforting and never judgemental. Amazing! Reviewed on: 6th May 2026
