I was in a relationship where a partner took out loans and credit cards in my name without me knowing, I felt I was trapped with no way out, I moved into a house share and eventually my own little flat due to the help from step change for managing payments, it helped and made me feel like there was a light at the end of the tunnel. The staff members I have spoken to have always been extremely kind and helpful and I couldn’t ask for more, I’m due to pay everything off this August and I can’t wait to be free, using step change saved my life from feeling like I was drowning and not knowing a way out, I’m so grateful that there are options like this out there and I just wish this hadn’t happened in the first place but Stepchange helped me feel in charge and not like everything was so out of control.
