Step change have made a real difference to my financial state - The template is very easy to use recording income and out goings and showing an affordable Amount to pay each month. Once an amount is agreed They contact your debtors on your behalf and arrange a payment plan and a direct debit is set up to pay them directly. They have taken so much stress and worry away from me financially and I am grateful they provide this service Thank you for great customer service and support Reviewed on: 6th May 2026
