Good value service. Customer service sucks

I've used PayPal Credit for a long time and it is excellent, intuitive and everything is easy to understand. The company overall is very reliable too. The customer service sucks though, things are automated, people don't review cases properly, it's a mess. I once bought something didn't get what I paid for, told PayPal and they ruled against me because I received -something- and wouldn't let me dispute. So yeah, generally good but customer service is the only downside. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

Paypal credit has always been my go to for credit, it is reasonable and very convenient. A lot of retailers accept it and using the app and making payments has been great. Customer Service for paypal overall can be difficult and even when you'd paid and not received something I've had them rule against me because I've recieved something, just not what I ordered.
