A caring team.

It still amazes me how much StepChange took over my situation and advocated on my behalf. After my initial phonecall consultation, I didn’t really have to do much at all. Not to say it’s easy as this is not an easy situation to be in but it was easy in the sense I felt looked after. The only negative I have is that emails often don’t get responded to, days can go by and you have to chase. It’s not always possible for people to call directly. Reviewed on: 7th May 2026
