Forced by changing circumstances to grapple with a seemingly impossible debt problem, StepChange advisors gave me renewed faith in the future, self-confidence through their excellent advice and support, pointing out my options and consequences of alternatives, and helped me construct a viable plan to honestly and openly deal with my creditors. They helped me devise a realistic budget I can stick too, support me with unexpected blips on the road, and deal with creditors on my behalf. Most importantly, they treat me with respect and understanding, are entirely non-judgemental, and always there for advice and support. I now sleep at night, have a working plan to get my life back on track, and I can’t recommend their free, unbiased and valuable advice and support highly enough.
