After being over 20k in debt a quick 45 minute call to step change they where so kind and understanding not once did they judge me for being so much in debt,after taken a few details they give me a affordable debt management plan and now after a 5 year plan I am nearly debt free ,I cannot thank stepchange enough,what a excellent service,so if your struggling with debt please pick up the phone and call them you will not regret it Reviewed on: 7th May 2026
