WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Very poor level of service. I haven't had a reply to an email or chase ups for almost 2 months. They have said they haven't received payments when they have. Not very helpful when they do respond and I have to send things twice as they hadn't read the original email properly. Records don't seem to get updated. Can't ever get through on the phone either. All in all it's quite stressful so I wouldn't recommend them at all. Reviewed on: 10th June 2026

The customer service team I find to be very slow in responding, and I have sometimes had to send the same information a few times as they have clearly not read the emails properly that I sent to them. I can never get through on the phone as it says my reference number is wrong, even though I am using the reference number they gave me. They have said they haven't received payments when it clearly shows the money from my bank account sent to them. Overall I wouldn't recommend them unfortunately. Reviewed on: 9th May 2026
