Thank you Stepchange.

Id throughly recommend working with stepchange. It helped us to budget and realise that we did have the spare money to pay off debts if we tweaked a few things which in turn meant feeling less guilty about spending money. They also helped us communicate with our debtors to get their help too. We did have a slight issue in that we had some extra money which we wanted to use to pay our debts which stepchange told us to write letters to our debtors but this ended up causing confusion and we would have been better off to just pay it off but I suppose it was an unusual circumstance. All in all though most communications I have with stepchange were.pleasant and they never made you feel like a bad person for having got in to debt and there was a way forward. Thank you stepchange!
