I have been using PayPal for nearly 3 decades, and I feel secure when using PayPal to process payments to service providers/sellers. In addition to the security provided, PayPal Advisors are well trained, being good listeners, and will endeavour to sort out the issue re. dispute or refund. HOWEVER, of late, due to the more interaction of BOTS, this can be frustrating, listening to machine that is not programmed to offer alternatives, as in the case of when talking with the Advisors. Regretfully, last week it took me several attempts to speak with any Advisor but the damn BOT couldn't just get the jist or understanding that my issue could ONLY BE SOLVED BY A HUMAN. Sadly, thill this date no advisor has called me. But I am assured, if the Advisor attends to any issue, rest assured, consider the issue or problem solved. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

PayPal is the safest platform to pay for purchases without having to divulge card details. In addition to the safety provided by PayPal, they also provide excellent service through their advisors for information on the order or closure of disputes. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

I was upset at being invoiced twice (within a period of 2 months) for the same membership that is valid for 1 year. I was very happy with the interaction of the Advisor at PayPal who was extremely proactive with her advice to assist me with the closure of my complain. Reviewed on: 11th May 2026
