Helpful customer service staff

The customer service team who helped me were polite and helpful and made the customer experience pleasant. The phone system needs updating. Waiting on hold for 10 minutes to speak to someone, with a grating ukulele tune was painful. The people are great, just update your call queue software. Overall I'm happy.
