Excellent customer service when you need it most

We have only ever had to make an insurance claim once for our caravan, and I am so glad that we were insured with Caravan and Motorhome at the time. Unfortunately we had a wood pigeon fly into and smash our window just as we were arriving to our holiday site. We were really upset and worried, but the team took excellent care of us from start to finish, including inspecting the damage upon our return. The work was completed by a registered dealer. I have to say that even though I could possibly get a cheaper quote for insurance from other insurers, I will always stay with them because I know that I will be taken care of should we ever need their help again. Fantastic overall cover and customer service

I unfortunately had to make a claim last year, and was really impressed with how well we were taken care of. In addition, upon changing our insurance when we changed caravans I was extremely impressed with the fact that I was advised the cheapest way for me by customer support, and was given 31 days to sell our old caravan within the cover. Also, having new for old cover on the standard policy for the first 5 years of a new caravan is great. Finally, I was concerned that having my first ever claim would increase my premiums, and was really pleased to receive a reasonable renewal offer. I didn't bother this year comparing prices because I felt that in terms of the cover provided, that the renewal quote was great value. Reviewed on: 7th August 2019
